Products are shipped from the closest shipping point. Most products arrive within seven to ten business days. A few products may take up to twenty one business days.

If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us at 1 (800) 222-5453 during business hours (8:30am to 5:00pm CT).  After hours: please leave a message and we will return your call on the following business day.

If the product you received is damaged in transit or is defective, we will gladly exchange it for the same item at no extra charge. Any returns need to have a return authorization (RA). Please call (281) 392-2500 during business hours for an RA number. A  20% restocking fee applies to all returns. No returns will be accepted without an RA number.
